The multi channel video, Can you say explores ideas of memory, language and communication. Through different conversations the video attempts to re-associate these exchanges into a series of utterances between two screens; fabricating an unidentified voice through it's inconclusive nature.

Working in video, performance and collage; Kirsty's broad interdisciplinary practice is concerned with the representation of language, communication and digital culture. Kirsty's video works and performances use materials to hand to abstract and reduce seemingly familiar actions into a formal language that references our fascination with the screen; it's framing and locating through space and time.
